Welcome to CodeRound AI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) dictate the legally binding relationship between Connected Enterprises (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any job applicant, recruiter, client, or standard user (“you” or “your”) accessing coderound.ai or engaging with our distributed automated communication channels.

Please read these Terms carefully. By filling out our applicant forms, interacting with our automated WhatsApp/email outreach workflows, or browsing our web components, you consent to these Terms in full.

1. Intermediary Nature of Services

CodeRound AI provides an AI-accelerated talent screening platform. We operate strictly as an intermediary technical evaluation provider. We parse candidate attributes, compile skill profiles, and share matching data with corporate hiring entities. We are not an employment agency, an employer, or a legal representative of any hiring client.

2. Candidate Representation and Data Integrity

When submitting data to our systems, you acknowledge and guarantee that all provided details, including employment histories, skill self-assessments, academic records, and current or expected salary figures, are 100% accurate, authentic, and free of misrepresentation. Providing false credentials, forged document structures, or misleading information will lead to immediate banishment from our platform, removal from client pipelines, and potential exposure to civil liability.

3. Usage of Automation and Artificial Intelligence

By applying through our platform, you explicitly acknowledge that CodeRound AI leverages complex automated machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks to index, grade, parse, and stack-rank profiles against technical job metrics. These AI-driven assessments act as non-binding optimization tools for corporate recruiters. The Company does not guarantee specific automated scoring bands, algorithmic placement outcomes, or immunity from automated profile filtering.

4. Direct Disclaimers Regarding Job Placements

CodeRound AI offers no guarantees of employment. We do not promise that your profile will be explicitly selected by corporate clients, that interview loops will be triggered, or that hiring offers will materialize. All ultimate hiring decisions, payroll provisions, background checks, and contractual terms are negotiated directly between you and the respective third-party corporate client. We accept zero liability for cancelled roles or broken client-side agreements.

5. Proprietary Intellectual Property

The website layout, original branding elements, algorithmic structures, software mechanics, text components, custom assessment prompts, and data logic displayed on or utilized within coderound.ai are the sole, exclusive intellectual property of Connected Enterprises. You are strictly prohibited from scraping, reverse-engineering, mirror-hosting, or modifying any proprietary framework element without an executed written license from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the absolute maximum threshold permitted under Indian jurisprudence (including the Information Technology Act and the DPDP Act), Connected Enterprises, its founders, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, circumstantial, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, lost career opportunities, loss of professional wages, operational downtime, or the unauthorized access/misuse of your shared credentials by third-party corporate clients once transmitted to them.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Connected Enterprises and its operating branches from any third-party claims, operational losses, damages, legal expenses, or liability points arising out of your intentional violation of these Terms, or any structural copyright/identity infringement embedded within the resumes or portfolio files you transmit to us.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed, managed, and interpreted entirely in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any statutory conflicts, legal arguments, or litigation efforts arising directly out of your interactions with CodeRound AI shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Mumbai, India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the absolute right to amend or structurally alter these Terms at any time without individual direct warnings. Continued platform usage or communication engagement following an updated "Effective Date" at the top of the terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the new legal revisions.
